Alright in the beginner level all the time signatures you dealt with had a crotchet beat in the denominator, now as we go deeper into theory, you'll be tackling much more complex time signatures with crazy no.
In this lesson I'll try and introduce you to some time signatures you can use for the intermediate level along with the rules you'll need to follow to group notes in these time signatures.
3-8 Time Signature :
In this time signature, as we had mentioned earlier the top part signifies that there are 3 beats, and the bottom part tells us that the 3 beats are actually quaver beats.
Use 2 quaver rests when there are 2 quaver beats of silence in 3-8 time signature.
