yeah, let's skip the small talk and get to business. You gotta remember some newer terms and symbols kay ?
ARTICULATION MARKS :
(tell a player how to play the notes, e.g. smoothly or with an accent)
(phrase marks) - a curved line over or under notes, similar to a slur, indicating a complete musical thought or "sentence" (a musical phrase) that should be played or sung with unified expression, often suggesting a breath point for singers or a natural shaping for instrumentalists, guiding the performer to shape the melody's dynamic contour (like growing louder then softer). The signs ' and // are sometimes used to show the end of a phrase.
tenuto(ten) - slightly lengthen and sustain the note
EXPRESSION MARKS :
(tell a player what kind of feeling/mood to give the music)
cantabile - with a singing tone
espressivo - expressively
grazioso - gracefully
molto - very ( molto grazioso means very gracefully)
TEMPO MARKS and OTHER SIGNS :
(tell a player what speed to play the music )
Adagio - slow
Allegretto - quite fast but slower than Allegro
Vivace - fast and lively
Pause mark - Hold the note or rest a little longer than usual
And that's it , not a lot so ig pretty cool
