I'll insist you to go ahead and find the notes for the scales E minor and D minor using the same tone-semitone patter from the A minor Scale .
If you've done that ... you should get something like this I believe
E minor : E F# G A B C D E
D minor : D E F G A Bb C D
Now I'd encourage you to go ahead and fid the relative major for both the keys and thereby the key signature for the same (hint: you've learned these major scales in the beginner level)
Dm is the relative minor of F major Scale and therefore has the same key signature with a flat symbol on the b note.
Em is the relative minor of the G major scale and has the same key signature with a sharp symbol on the F note.
